After a short respite- our fundraiser to Introduce the next Generation of Girls in Florida to Aviation is back up and running!
The Mileux Project's first aviation experience is coming to reality! We plan to launch our first Aviation Camp in Jacksonville, FL starting the spring of 2020, and we are gathering our resources now that we will need to start with! Your small contribution would go towards funds to rent a space, buy quadcopter STEM kits and aerodynamic based science projects as well as basic needs like food and water for the girls to enjoy while young girls (7-12 years old) experience some of the fun and exciting things about being a girl in aviation.
What is the Milieux Project? Carrie and Jenn started MP as a grassroots mentorship program in our small community of pilots. It quickly grew to a blog and supporter of other aviation camps and now we hope to launch our own local program in Jacksonville, FL. Please consider a small donation to help- anything is appreciated.
