<div>This Thanksgiving season, I’m joining the Miles That Matter Challenge in honor of my grandfather, a man whose wisdom, humor, and kindness have shaped who I am. Our family has watched him face dementia with incredible courage, and it’s reminded me how powerful love and determination can be in the face of something so difficult.

<div>For 10 days, I’ll be walking and dedicating each mile to families living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Every step is a reflection of my grandfather’s strength and a promise to keep moving forward — for him, and for the millions of others navigating this journey.

<div>The Alzheimer’s Association is leading the charge to end Alzheimer’s and all other dementia through groundbreaking research, early detection efforts, and compassionate support for families. Their mission gives us hope and the tools to make a difference.

<div>I’d love your support on this journey. Please consider donating to my challenge and helping make every mile matter for all those touched by Alzheimer’s and dementia.
