<div>Hi, I’m Cristal, and this December, I’ll be running the Honolulu Marathon—a challenge that goes beyond the race itself. I’m running to raise money and awareness for mental health.

<div>Mental health affects everyone, whether through our own struggles or those of the people we love. I’ve seen how important it is to offer support, understanding, and resources to those who need it. This was one of the hardest years for me and running has been a way for me to heal, find strength, and take care of myself. But this time, I’m running with a deeper purpose: to help others who are fighting their own mental health battles.

</div>

<div>I'm raising funds for Active Minds to support mental health programs, advocacy, and services that make a real impact on lives. Whether it’s providing therapy, creating safe spaces, or funding crucial research, every dollar helps break the stigma and brings us closer to a future where mental health is treated with the same care as physical health.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My goal is simple: to run this marathon with every person who’s struggling in mind, and to bring attention and resources to a cause that truly matters. Your support—whether through a donation, a share, or a kind word—means the world to me.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for helping me make every mile count!

</div>

<div>With love and strength,
