Hi, I’m Kate Marrington, and this June I’m joining Feeding America’s movement challenge to help put food on the tables of kids and families across the country. I’m setting a distance goal that feels meaningful to me and inviting friends, family, and neighbors to come alongside me. Every mile I cover is a step toward a future where no one has to wonder where their next meal will come from.
Feeding America works with local food banks, policymakers, and communities to make sure nutritious food is accessible and equitable for everyone. When I move my body and raise support, I’m helping deliver food, resources, and hope to people who are struggling right now. It matters to me because access to basic needs shapes every part of life—health, school, work, and dignity.
I’m moved to act because small efforts add up. Your donation will support food banks that provide groceries, hot meals, and programs that reach families and children in need. Together we can turn miles into meals, and worry into relief for households facing hunger.
Please join me by donating or sharing this page. Your support, big or small, will make a real difference for neighbors in need and help keep food on their tables.
