Mikeys expenses from bike accident

Mike miller my brother was in a very bad bike accident. Driver was not paying attention pulled out in the last second he tboned the car and the driver of the car did not care at all. He has had 4 surgeries so far he had a fractured femur, fractured pelvis, whole right side has major damage, fractured skull , fractured vertebrae and has bleeding on the brain severe contusion on his lung. Its a lot of expense to drive from Perryville to Baltimore everyday we could really use some help and prayers. Also if anyone would like to help with medical expenses we are not sure how its gonna be covered yet because he does not have insurance. I'd like to thank everyone in advance.
