Hi World: My name is Mike Weed an my dialysis is killing me! Literally, an keeping me alive also. It appears to be a living dichotomy! of sorts. but I need a new Kidney! A.S.A.P. For those whom do not know me, this polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD) is Kicking my arse. most definitely an not by choice i am in a downward spiral that will only get worse or better , all depending upon cash flow. I need a new kidney. I DO have a living donor also...but the drugs to get there frum here an the 6 month 2 a year regiment etc is incredibly expensive, and the travel expenses...I have to drive 130 miles round trip every other day as it is for dialysis an that is challenging an killing me in a way also. i live on 1200 dollars a month disability check an pay a mortgage payment an normal bills also so, the extra cash it takes for a kidney transplant is outa my league. Havin had 14 trips in a month an a half now an 3 fails..which are infiltrations..

Have never had to ask for anything frum others besides to get paid good for what i used to do in the past!..I am retired bodyman an painter business manager and owner. Built the cars for the miami vice tv show once upon a time. Had a couple of body shops an restoration shops over the years..My Passion Building hot rods and Ultralight trike flying as seen on my website...
Hopefully, i will continue making my Ultralight Colorado movie if i get it together here an get my health back enuff to get back in the air. My sport is cheap to do...cost less than driving my car to fly my little trike...so is my fave thing to do . Help me get healthy an back in the air if ya have the ability! For i have to admit it when i am down an out an in need of help that is beyond my reach!.
The disease i suffer with is a very painful disease..where as the kidneys are super enlarged...the size of 2 softballs plus each now...an they push against all my organs there. so they wish to remove when they do a transplant on me if they do. an that is all bout money, so; is why i am here to ask the world for help get thru the dialysis stage an possibly to my transplant stage...Estimated costs over the next couple of years is 20,000 plus for the extras that my medicare does not pay for...
Thanks medicare right!.? They will pay for the kidney but not for transportation or drugs that go along with the whole deal..without that it is a no go for me so i need the back up of 9500.00 for a year! to make it thru dialysis..to the transplant stage.....so that is my goal on this go fund me site….so I can aquire the capital to get my donor to Denver and to stay in denver for 90 days thruought the operation and recovery stage. If I could afford to get thru this stage I can then somewhat get my life back to some sense of normal for the next 10-20 years er whatnot. An hopefully live thru this ordeal. I have had to get outside help for the past 10 months or I would not have had the money to get to dialysis , let elone to pay the electric bill, as it is for now I do not have the capital once again to get to dialysis for the rest of the month , let alone get ahead enuff to get my donor here to Colorado for 90 days.
PS: I am also in the next few days starting a website at go fund me here asking for capital to start a dialysis center in my home town so lotsa people do not have to drive 130 miles a day 3 times a week like I do to Durango, instead they could get their dialysis done here in Pagosa Springs.
Pss; I will send any supporters a copy of my Ultralight movie if i ever get er done as a thanks for ur support an help.. Sometimes i jest feel like i am going to die...
The hospital visits are sumwhere round 30 over the last 10 years because of this disease...it has knocked me down many times.an happens out of the blue when it does!. 3 times in the last 30 days here! I have landed in er.
PS: I JEST WANT TO LIVE! an live with faith that i might be able to live tomorrow also one more day! thanks for reading me. an thanks for ur support if you are able to help support me any in my cause to live a bit longer, an get a new used kidney!..I am hoping an wishin an prayin that out of my many followers on the net that there might be someone with deep pockets that would be able to assist me in my plight....feel like a dead man walkin here an desperately need a new kidney...an the resources to get there frum here :) namaste' 2 one and all
