In Memory of Mike Phillips

Mike Phillips was a devoted Son, Father, Uncle, Sensei, and Friend. He was at a Judo Demonstration on March 17th when he suffered a severe heart attack. He spent 9 days fighting until he succumbed to the damage. He passed away on March 26, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife Sandy (who would have celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on April 24th), his son Darnell (Kerry), his daughter Lindsay (Justin), 4 grandchildren. 
Mike was in ICU for 9 full days and the medical bills and afterlife arrangements are astronomical, even with insurance covering some of the expense.
