Mike was in a severe car accident early Sunday morning. His truck rolled over and he was pinned in his truck. Thanks to a few good samaritans and a hero who was at the right place at the right time was able to pull him from his burning truck just before the whole truck was engulfed. He quickly applied his EMS training and placed a tourniquet on his almost severed right arm. Thankfully the accident was a few miles away from the best Trauma Center in San Antonio, Brooke Army Medical Center, where he currently is now. They have been working diligently to save his right arm and restore him back to complete health. He has received an excessive amount of injuries however, Doctors continue to share with us how surprised and pleased they are with his strong vitals. He has a long road ahead and right now we are in need of many prayers for the multiple procedures he is in need of to save his right arm.  For everyone that knows Mike, he is one heck of a strong guy and it is definitely showing in how awesome he's fighting through this. We will continue to keep updates on this page for all who are interested in knowing his progress and to join us in praying intently for his recovery of mind, body and spirit.
