Help Mike Nadolson beat cancer

Mike and his wife Vickie have been married for 42 years. Vickie has had all kinds of medical issues, she's had cancer three times, she's been lucky enough to beat it all three times. This didn't come without a cost though, she's permanently disabled with heart problems among other complications.
Mike has stayed by Vickie's side through all of this, concerned and stressed for her more than she was her self. Now, Mike has been diagnosed with cancer. He has Squamous Cell Carcinoma that has formed a tumor in his neck. Mike already has medical issues amongst which are Type II Diabetes and a need for knee replacements in both knees.
Mike is well known in the Bluegrass community, for not only his championship guitar playing but his business that at one time helped introduce thousands to the world of bluegrass, Tricopolis Records. When the economy tanked, business was pretty much over and things got really hard for them, doing whatever they could to get by. They managed to keep the house they've been in for 38 years. They rented out their grown children's rooms and Mike began driving for Uber/Lyft because no one would hire him in his 60's. Because they live in a small town he just doesn't make that much money, sometimes as low as $10.00 for a week.
Depression has set in and a lot of times he is just unable to get out and drive. When radiation and chemotherapy start this will be even worse.
Mike and Vickie both receive Social Security and have medical insurance but the deductibles and co-pays for his treatment will be insurmountable. The treatment involves dental work as the Oncologist required clearance from a dentist. The amount of work he has to have done will cost $6400.00 dollars before he can even start treatment for cancer. The radiation alone will cost over $2000.00 and that doesn't include medication, chemotherapy, and complications. They know they'll be responsible for 20% of the chemotherapy but have no idea the cost of the entire treatment. This is a huge bomb for them, as currently, they have a total of $300 dollars in the bank and they've already paid more than they could afford in copays for visits, tests, CT scans as it was they were only just scraping by. They're further concerned by the news that Vickie needs another biopsy to determine if she has cancer yet again, August 1st
Mike is a proud man but right now, if they can't get help to get through this financially he will die, it's that simple. While they are continuing to pray and ask you to keep praying for them, they need help and appreciate anything anyone can do for them.
