I Mike Burton has always been an independent, hard-working person. One day I started having pain in my feet and legs. I started having a hard time walking and caring for myself. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with extreme case of neuropathy. I have been in and out of The hospitals and rehab facilities, due to this medical condition I am not able to work at this present time.

My medical bills Credit cards, car note payments, car insurance, and financial needs are piling up. I’m in desperate need for help.. at this present time I’m currently living in a subacute rehab facility and patiently waiting on my disability. Any amount will be greatly appreciated.
