Hi, My name is Erika Rico, i am doing this gofund for my Dad who passed away September 26, 2022. He had an emergency surgery Sunday Morning, he came out of it fine, as we thought he'd recover from, making plans for the weekend to celebrate his birthday! Things took a turn Monday afternoon, they revived him twice and stabilized him until his family got there. Unfortunately there wasnt much they could do and lost a great man! Those of you who knew my dad, he was a fighter! He was strong and fought through his surgeries and cancer of 8+ years. We were fortunate to have had him by our side for this long.
