Help Us Adopt from Morocco

Assalaam aleykum,
Our story begins way back in 2011 when we decided that it was a good time to duplicate the happiness that had come from having given birth to our son earlier in the year...
A lot of people thought we were crazy for wanting a second child so soon, already... But we felt totally ready!
Being a "stay at home mom" I felt that I had the time & devotion needed to be able to juggle two kids...and honestly, I had always loved the chaos that came with having kids around :)
Plus, alhamdulillah I had an amazing husband who even sacrificed his sleep to help with diapers, despite having to wake up early for work the next morning! (Even today he is the best dad ever to our 4 yr old son ❤️)
So we felt that we could handle the pressure :)
But by late 2013, we were beginning to get a little worried because it had been almost 2 yrs and we were yet to get pregnant.
At this point, we finally decided to see a Reproductive Endocrinologist. Then the year 2014 was spent trying to get answers/trying out different fertility treatments...yet struggling with disappointment after disappointment, all the while keeping our struggles private.
Eventually by early 2015, with 2 new babies born in our families, the questions started coming in about when we were planning to have another. At this point we finally decided to divulge the fact to those closest to us about how we were having issues with conceiving, the entire time.
It had been very hard to struggle in secret, dodge countless questions about when we would give our son a sibling...or even being judged/told that we were making a mistake by now "purposely" waiting too long to have a second...
All the while it was personally hard to be living with the guilt that everyone around us was able to give their child a sibling...and we couldn't give our son someone to even sit on the other end of a see-saw with...
So, now, long story short... We have decided that the time just feels right to take a different approach...
ADOPTION
My husband and I had always talked about how it broke our heart that any child would ever have to grow up in an orphanage without a real home...And this feeling became the motivation for the decision that adoption would be the perfect way to add to our own family!
It's the year 2015 and we have already started the process to adopt a child from an orphanage in Morocco.
We would love to take this opportunity to offer another child a better life/a real family, like we can offer our son...
Finally...after some convincing from friends...we decided to use Go Fund Me to help in aiding us with some of our mounting expenses.
My husband and I are asking for your help in bettering a child's life, who is currently in an orphanage. We would love to be able to give him a chance at a good education Insha'Allah, to have a family, and for him to have the opportunity to live out his own dreams!
FINANCES
Financially we have decided to pull out everything that we can from our 401 K, plus add in everything that we get from our tax returns this yr and a loan from a very generous family member, to prepare for this child...all we're asking for is just a little bit of help, if you wish to contribute for ajr, any money that you donate will be used solely for the purpose of this adoption and for this child.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know what kinds of costs we are looking at while adopting...
The estimate is that it will cost us around $30K. We have alhamdulillah been able to come up with some money through our 401K, tax return and some loans from family members...and so we are asking for whatever any of you can help with...our goal of $10K would help cover 1/3 of the expenses of course, but honestly we are just grateful for any kind of assistance.
So far we have paid $3000 to the local agency that is doing our Home Study/Finalization of the Adoption for us & will be paying $15K to the Moroccan agency Insha'Allah to help and match us with a child at the orphanage (

This does not even include the price of 3 tickets for our trip to Morocco (ticket for my husband, me and our son), nor the cost of accommodation for 3-4 weeks over there. Nor does it include the costs of post-placement requirements.
We believe that small drops put together eventually form an ocean...and Insha'Allah we just need a pond :)
If you are unable to donate, then all we wish is for anyone that comes across this page to make du'a for us. Our niyyah is pure Insha'Allah so may Allah make things go smooth with the whole adoption process, ameen.
