Mighty Mia's Kidney Transplant

Donation protected
Mighty Mia Kennedy  was born with an extremely rare chromosomal disorder called Wolf Hirschhorn Syndrome or 4 P-. This little warrior has endured countless obstacles including but not limited to multiple invasive surgeries, long-term dialysis, endless blood draws and an inconceivable amount of daily and weekly shots/medication. Mia AND her family have handled all of these challenges with a perfect grace that is nothing less than awe inspiring.

Now it is time for her next hurdle - receiving a kidney from none other than her devoted Auntie Allison. Mia has been waiting three years for this transplant to occur and now the time has finally come! The transplant will take place in Denver some time in May and require 4-6 weeks of the family staying there. Unfortunately the Ronald McDonald House  is logistically not an option at this time for either Mia or Allison.

This fund is set up to help both Mia and Allison through their journey and  specifically the burdens of airfare and lodging.

Please consider donating to this fund to help a true fighter who has already beat the odds several times and her ever dedicated aunt who would literally do anything for her brave niece.
