Middleton FBLA is the largest Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) chapter in Hillsborough County, the 8th largest county in America. We are one of the many branches in the national student business organization, FBLA. This club helps to bring students together, in order to push for progress in education, business, and service. Our contributions to East Tampa and Middleton High School, have planted the seeds for developing business skills in our community. Because of this organization, our students have received the opportunity to represent themselves in many competitive events. 

So, why are we writing to you? Why a GoFundMe? Well, Middleton FBLA needs your help! This year 43 of our members have qualified to attend the National Leadership Conference this summer in Anaheim, California (the most from any school in the state of Florida). However, the cost per student currently runs over $1,215, and we need your help to get us there. We never want to deny a student of the opportunity to compete because of monetary reasons, however, many of our members cannot afford this. 

The cost of the trip is a bit over $1,215. Here is the cost breakdown.

$600 - Transportation (air & ground)
$350 - For the hotel (June 28th - July 3rd; 5 nights)
$115 - Registration Costs
$200 - Other (e.g. food & other necessities)

While the whole trip is over $50,000 for all 43 members, we ask if you could help us with the hotel, registration, and other costs.
