Hi, we are a group of 18 14-year old lads who love a game of football. We are raising funds to give us a head start for our 25/26 season as U15s by completing a 5k run round the mining trail in Middleton Park. As we get older matches take more funds, we pay for referees, our ‘adult size’ strips and training gear attract VAT and as we make our own way to training and matches, traditional fundraising through tuck shops & raffles amongst spectators are not as lucrative. So we are taking on this run to try and raise some funds for ourselves and not just rely on the club, coaches & parents to pay for everything. Please support us and help us to keep our team going for at least another season.

Update - the boys, their coaches, parents, supporters & dogs all took to the mining trail in Middleton Park yesterday evening to complete the run.
