On December 1st 2024, the world lost a son, brother, father and most importantly a friend to everyone. My dad was a family man built on the foundation of what a perfect dad should look like. My father was also a massive manly fan, a man that hated to watch the ‘97 grand final and always had the manly game on no matter what the circumstances were. So on the 5th of September I will be making the pilgrimage to the Fortress, Brookvale Oval, to let dad see another game. This is a 124km journey that I will be doing solely by foot to raise awareness for Men’s Mental Health and Men’s Suicide Prevention. All proceeds are going towards the Movember foundation in the continued on-going support for Men’s Health and Men’s Mental Health.
