Hey guys it absolutely shatters our hearts to even be writing this... One of our local families really need our help. What was meant to be an amazing weekend away in Blackwater for a charity event, turned into a tragedy early hours on Sunday morning. Micka was living his best life on a Harley charity cruise alongside his best mate and new mates he made along the way on Saturday. He really was in his happy place with mates and his beautiful wife beside him,when a male driver decided to get in his car and head towards a group of people with Micka being struck and ran over by the car and severely injured. He was transported to the local hospital via ambulance, where he was sedated and worked on mid-morning sunday. He was then airlifted to Brisbane Royal Hospital where he was put in an induced coma in ICU and is currently undergoing surgery for his injuries of a badly broken leg, a broken arm and shoulder, 21 broken Ribs, splein and liver damage, spine and pelvis fractures and the list goes on. As most of you would know Micka and his family own & run a family Mechanical shop 'Walkers Garage' in Woodford and Micka is the provider for his family. Without Micka, the workshop is left with running costs, wages, repayments etc. and no qualified Mechanic. Not only business costs, living costs, medical bills and funds to ensure his family and beautiful wife are able to be by his side at this devastating time. Everyone who knows this family knows they drop everything for anyone to help & now is the time for us to come together and help hold this family up while they face the biggest fight and recovery of Micka’s life.
