The question that I get asked the most is always “When are you putting out an album?”. This question always frustrates me because I really would love to put out a collection of songs but I’ve always had two problems. The first one being that I couldn’t find a producer (until recently) to make the songs the way I envisioned them and secondly, I never had enough money to pay to get the songs recorded and distributed.
In 2014, I quit my job and decided that if I was going to pursue music as a career, then I would need to throw every part of myself at making it happen. A few years later I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve made. I’ve shared stages with some of my favorite bands. I’ve gotten to travel the country to play my songs for thousands of people. I’ve met so many amazing people who have become close friends. So many experiences that I wouldn’t trade for anything. It’s been an incredible ride.
But, I’ve hit a roadblock. Up until this point I have financed nearly every bit of this project myself.
I’ve had to make a lot of sacrifices to keep this thing rolling. It’s been very draining. I feel like I’ve reached the point where I can’t go any further unless I have a record. But like i stated before, there is no way I can afford do this the right way all on my own. That’s where you come in.
I am not one to ask for help. I am not one to ask for a hand out. But I’ve decided this is the best way to move forward. So, I’m trying to raise $3,000 to finish recording my debut EP. This money will cover all the studio cost and production of physical copies. We have some really cool things planned for the release and are hoping to make this a big deal.

**UPDATE**
We did it! In just 2 days y'all helped me raise $3,000. I am seriously blown away and so so so grateful. These past few days have been extremely encouraging. Never would I have thought that raising this amount of money could happen let alone so quickly. With that being said, $3000 is the bare bones I needed to make this record happen. So since y'all raise the money so quickly, I'm going to extend the campaign for another two weeks taking the goal from $3k - $4.5k.
If we can hit this I'll be able to add more songs to the record and make some really cool things happen (vinyl?) for the actual release in the spring . Thank you for all you've done. Thank you for sharing. Thank you for giving. Much love.
