SUPPORT and LOVE for Michelle

Just before Christmas 2015, our dear friend Michelle Selfridge was diagnosed with leukemia. She has not been able to leave the hospital since. Because of complications after chemotherapy, she had a breathing tube put in to assist her.  Michelle has been unable to communicate with anyone for over 2 weeks now.

 

Michelle's latest complication is circulation problems with her hands and feet. She is now in jeopardy of losing the tips of her fingers.

 

Her dedicated husband Guy and son Jared are there daily. Guy has taken a leave of absence from his job to be by Michelle's bedside.

 

Michelle is one of the most selfless, caring people you will ever meet. Her family and friends are very important to Michelle - she is always available and supportive to us. She's held many gatherings and when you walk through the door she makes you feel like it is held in your honor! She truly lights up a room with her piercing blue eyes and contagious smile. Michelle has a wonderful faith-filled family that includes her two sisters Karen & Yvonne, her mom Ellie & dad Jim. Before her diagnosis Michelle was tirelessly assisting her mom who has been going through her own cancer battle.

 

We have created this page to help defray the costs associated with her care & expenses such as medical bills, daily hospital parking, food, gas, etc. for her family. This is a long battle Michelle is fighting. Any support that we can give her and the family would be deeply appreciated. She has ALWAYS been there for others. We want to show Michelle we are here for her now in her time of need.
