Michelle's Final Journey

On Friday June 30th 2017, Michelle passed peacfully in her home. She had been suffering for a while from complications resulting from cancer surgery.  Many skilled and well meaning medical professionals tried their best to help, but in the end, their intervention was not enough.

In life, Michelle was a memorable woman, strong in her convictions and generous in her love and spirit. Everywhere she went, she left a mark on the people she met, making friends of them, more often than not. If anyone ever needed anything she would find a way to help them, regardless of how full her plate already was. 

To help her family honour the women she was; a loving sister; a devoted mother and grandmother; and a generous friend, we have established this memorial fund. Donations to this campaign will help cover the costs of a memorial service for family and friends, with any left over funds going towards the cost of a memorial plaque for Michelle's final place of rest.
