This GoFundMe is to provide hope and support for Michelle and her family that is fighting cancer and in need of a life saving double lung transplant. By rallying together, we can make a difference.

<div>Michelle is a mom of 3, a sister, daughter, and aunt to many.
</div>
<div>She was diagnosed with Lmphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) in 2007, which is a rare lung disease. 
</div>
<div>She was then put on a transplant list. She received her new lungs in 2011. In 2023 she was then diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. With the chemo she was given, it caused her lungs to start rejecting. With that, she will need to get back on the transplant list. Unfortunately, she can not get on that list until she is cancer free. Once cancer free, she must remain free for 5 years to be put on the transplant list.

<div>Michelle is paying out of pocket for most of these medical expenses. This requires multiple trips to the Mayo clinic in Jacksonville and overnight stays which results in Michelle missing several unpaid days of work.
