Michelle's Road to Recovery

My beautiful wife Michelle hurt her knee playing with our 3 kids ages 7, 12 and 16 and had to wear a brace and keep her leg elevated. While going to the doctors she had a mass of blood clots travel from her leg up to her lungs and stop her heart....3 times. The first time they performed CPR was for 11 minutes. Over the last week neurological issues have started to surface making it extremely difficult for her to speak, think or physically function. While performing CPR they broke her ribs and punctured her liver which is causing massive internal bleeding. She is at her 2nd Hospital since this is started, First Adventist Portland in the ER, ICU and the cardiac unit, now she is at OHSU in their general emergency surgery unit waiting for help from a trauma surgeon. When she is discharged she will have to go to an extended care inpatient rehab facility for months. Michelle lost out on a job that she was set to start last week because of this accident which means she no longer qualifies for unemployment due to the injury and we have no second income and we are just asking for anything you can donate to help Michelle on her road to recovery and to help the family get by during this time.
