Michela is a beautiful person inside out. Her heart is pure and kind. She is always willing to help out and doesn't ask for anything in return. Her motto is Be A Nice Human. She loves her family so much especially her two young children ages 9 and 5.
Michela never smoked, drank and was a relatively healthy person but after a routine ultrasound and after an MRI and biopsy, Michela was diagnosed with stage II b breast cancer in late 2016 at age 41.
She underwent surgery and upon receiving her pathology report she was advised that she had to undergo 8 rounds of intense chemotherapy to be followed by 30 radiation treatments and hormonal therapy for 10 years.
Michela worked during most of her chemo treatments but after a severe allergic reaction to a treatment she was forced to take it slower and switch gears to focus on her health. As such she had to go on disability all while trying to maintain a household while medical bills pile in. Not to mention costs for transportation to & from dr appointments and medical treatments, house help, baby sitting expenses, etc. Through this all Michela has remained positive and strong never has never complained.
Michela and her husband are too proud to ask for any help but I am here to tell her story. Please donate, share and help spread the word of Michela's story. Cancer is emotionally & financially devasting. Together we can help her get through this very difficult time.
