My recent move to Los Angeles has put me in a much better space and place to follow my dreams and make them a reality in the music business. Music and creating are my passions.
'I KNOW THINGS NOW'
Now that I'm here in the land of "who you know" and "what you can do," I realize I need to step up my game to "play with the big kids" here in the heart of Hollywood. What it comes down to is this: My music IS my business card. The recording quality of the final product is what gets one's foot in the door. Write good songs but record them crappily? Bye-bye opportunities. So my next step is to setup my home music studio so I can professionally record the music that's in my head and get it out there for everyone to hear.

BEFORE READING ANY FURTHER, please know I don't want to be the person who asks for donations and gives NOTHING in return. So with any donation made, here's what YOU get:

THIS IS WHAT I NEED TO DO MY JOB FABULOUSLY
* The awesome Yamaha NU1 Piano. Yamaha has made an incredible piano that has the look and feel of a real upright piano, but without strings. Its 88 key keyboard can be played like a regular piano or by using headphones (with volume control). The piano connects (via USB) to my computer for direct MIDI recording. The weighted keys and grand piano action makes this the premiere instrument for performing and recording.
* A decked-out 2015 27" iMac computer. Powerful, stronger, and faster to record at the level needed to make professional sounding tracks.
* An extra studio computer monitor to spread out my computer screen workspace.
* 2 top-of-the-line studio sound monitors to allow for the best mixing and fine-tuning of tracks.
* An upgrade to Apple's recording software Logic Pro X.
* Hollywood Strings, software which makes electronic strings sound like a REAL orchestra.
YOU + ME = REACHING OUR GOALS TOGETHER
Hey, I'm not looking to others to do ALL the work. I also plan to do my part on getting these funds raised. Until the funds are completely raised, I will also be making my OWN deposits as I continue to earn money driving for Lyft and Uber. Why am I asking for your help? So I can reach my financial goal as fast as possible and jump into music projects. This is my livelihood and what I should be doing.
