Michael Cimino's Medical Fund

At the beginning of this year my friend Michael Cimino went to the hospital having trouble breathing with a fast pulse and high blood pressure. After many tests they found out that he has end-stage kidney failure. After an extended time in the hospital and now permanently on dialysis he has been put on the recipient list for a new kidney. He is getting closer to finding a live donor for a new kidney. All of this of course has created a large financial burden on him and his family. Also because of his situation he is beginning to worry about his employment status. Please Help in any way you can.

UPDATE:
Michael got a new kidney from a live donor at the beginning of July. Everything has gone smooth with recovery up to this point. He has even gotten a new job in Hilliard.

At the end of last week he went in for his check up and his number were high again. They ran more test and he was diagnosed with aHUS. Here is a link to what it is,
