On Friday, March 23 Mike suffered a rare cerebellum stroke while traveling alone to Florida.  He was in route to set-up his daughter’s jewelry show room for the Sun and Fun event in Florida.  After receiving some initial medical care in South Carolina Mike was taken by life flight to a hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina where he underwent emergency cranium surgery.  


Mike has progressed well and by the end of last week he was able to be transferred to a rehab hospital.  Mike and his family are a strong and positive family. However, the medical care, life flight and ongoing rehabilitation places a significant financial burden on the family.
