Michael "Buddha" Morales
Im Joseph Talamayan, one of Mike’s best friends. A few of us (Barry Almodovar and Sheila Fanugao) are creating this to support Mike and his family.
Michael "Buddha" Morales passed on July 9, 2020, leaving behind his wife Catherine "Dee" Dimagiba and two young children Mia (7) and Noah (2). Dee and the children have been surrounded by lots of family and friends for the past few days as we wait for funeral arrangements.
Buddha meant so much to all of us. He was a caring son, who sacrificed his career to take care of his dying father. He was a loving brother who relentlessly engaged the family into weekly and monthly gatherings. He was a faithful and loyal husband, cooking Dee 5 Star Michelin rated daily lunches, so she would come home for lunch during her busy schedule at work. He was an amazing father, who made it a point to show the kids the world, from traveling California to Hong Kong and Philippines. He was an incredible and supportive friend, who would take time out of his busy schedule to visit, say Hi and greet you on your birthday. He has an amazing way of making you feel special.
We are raising funds, for immediate term funeral expenses, to help Dee and the children through this challenging period. Any remaining funds will be put in a Trust / Savings for the Children. Fundraising will last 2 weeks and all funds will be coursed through Sheila Fanugao, Dee's best friend.
We want to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers as Dee and the children face this challenging period.
All funds will be coursed through Sheila Fanugao, Dee’s best friend. Sheila has been authorized by Dee and Mikes Family to withdraw the donation on their behalf and deliver it to Dee outside of GoFundMe.)
Rest In Love - Michael "Buddha" Morales
