Michael Millar Funeral Costs

Hi my name is Louise Jacobs. My partner Mike went missing Friday 13th May. He had been struggling in silence without anyone knowing, and had too much pride to ask for help.

Sadly Mike died at Southend hospital 13th June.

He has no immediate family to help with the costs and no parents.

I have been informed I won't qualify to get a grant to pay for his funeral, the most I will receive would be £300.

I have been quoted £3,344 for a funeral and service

Or £1 800 for a straight forward cremation with no service.

I don't have any savings and no way of raising the money. So friends suggested this.

Even just £1 could go a long way to help.

I appreciate times are very hard, and I'm not a charity.

But this is something I never dreamt I would need money for as he was so young
