Michael Menck Funeral and Memorial

My father, Michael Alan Menck, passed away on June 9th, 2019 after a horrific and unexpected battle with a genetic condition known as “Alpha 1 Antitrypsin  Deficiency”.  This condition was diagnosed a few days prior to Thanksgiving 2018 and quickly ravaged him in nearly every way.  As a result, his kidneys shut down and required dialysis multiple times per week; dozens of painful transportations to and from treatments and hospitals stays causing extreme skin tearing and infections.  He suffered a broken back while in the the hospital which left him paralyzed from the chest down and septic.  

My Father’s final days were spent in agony and our Mother, Terry Menck, was a diligent wife by his side and suffering with him to the end.  This situation has been the most difficult experience and my Mother incurred many  bills for his care up to the time of his passing.  

Facing an uncertain financial situation with our Father’s passing, the costs of funeral and memorial services exacerbate her burden.  She has the support of her children and grandchildren, and any donations to help with his final expenses would be greatly appreciated.  My goal is to help ease our Mom’s anxiety over the funeral/memorial costs and allow her to focus on mourning our Dad and start the road to healing.  Thank  you in advance for taking the time and sharing this campaign with others.
