Michael Hill's Tuition Fall 2017

My Dear Christian Friends,

Over a decade ago the seeds of desire were planted in my heart to pursue a life of vocational ministry. Over the years I have been much encouraged by those who know me to pursue these passions, and to receive a seminary education. I am now 28 years old, and my passion for God and His gospel, and my desire to be as effective as possible for the sake of His kingdom have compelled me to apply to Master’s University, to pursue a BA in Biblical Studies and a M. Div.

I have just been admitted into the program, and I spoke with the director of enrollment this morning (8/8/17). I will be starting the first of two rigorous 8 week classes, 1 per each session of the fall semester on 8/28/17. I am told that I will need $2700 on the 24th of this month in order to pay for the semester. I am asking for your help with the tuition costs. While I am able to pay for my personal needs with my full-time employment, I will not be able to afford this tuition by myself. It is also likely that I will need help in the future, and especially as I intend to escalate the pace; as I continue, I hope to increase my class load, in order to complete the BA portion within the next two years. Would you please help me? I ask first that you would pray for me, that I would be successful in this endeavor; that God would be honored in my life and in my study; and that my academic labors would equip me greatly for a life of fruitful ministry. If you are able, I also ask that you would help me financially as well. It is my hope that by dispersing the cost amongst you, my friends, your cheerful giving will enable me to focus on my studies. I will be very grateful to receive whatever you can give, and I will work diligently to make good on the investment you are making in my future.
