Michael Dale Anthony Everson 4/2/2000 - 5/31/2020
Our 20 year old son Michael passed away unexpectedly after being hit by a car on his bicycle. He leaves behind his fiancee Maddy and 2-month-old son Shawn Michael Everson. That little family, his birth mom Melissa and sister Samantha (who he had reconnected and was living with), and Lynnae, myself, and his brothers Julian, Mikey (sister-in-love Sammie, nephews Vinnie & Dominic), and Shawn are heartbroken by this tragic event but are also trusting he now resides with Christ in heaven with no pain or struggle. He also left behind many mommas, papas, brothers and sisters that loved on him for the 8 years he was a part of our lives in the Sacramento/Roseville area.
We decided to put out a Go-Fund Me as many people were asking how they could help. We'd like to raise funds to help primarily toward his son and son's mother who will need some help in the future as well as help with some funeral costs. While there is a campaign going on from his birth family, we thought our friends who know us, who may not have access to see that campaign, and who have expressed a desire to help toward Michael's passing could donate here. We then we will help determine how best to provide the funds where most needed as we work through this difficult time.
We are blessed by all the love, prayers, flowers and meals people have given. Your prayers and reaching out have impact so please continue those prayers, and even more so for Michael's little Shawn and fiancee Maddy. God is the Great Provider so we have peace in whatever he wants to do with the raising of this fund. If you can donate financially please do soon so we can help and thank you!
