During Michael's battle with this  rare, progressive, degenerative, and terminal heart condition, the medical team at the Mayo Clinic saved his life multiple times.  Now, 13 years later, Michael's cardiac team told him and his family, "It's time."  Michael's only option is to have a heart transplant.   The average heart transplant is 1.5 million dollars. No one expects something like this to happen and the path leading to our present state has been difficult.
