Michael Cannon Memorial

Donation protected
The CrossFit community mourns the loss of one of its members, Michael Cannon. Mike passed away on 3/1/2020 after sustaining extensive injuries from a car accident on 2/29/2020. Mike joined the CrossFit Luminary Family in January of 2020 serving the community as an intern coach and a fellow athlete. Mike celebrated coaching his first solo CrossFit class on 2/28/2020.

Mike was an Eagle Scout and his mentality to serve will live on through his choice to be an organ donor.

Please consider donations as the medical bills and funeral arrangements are a tremendous burden.

Donation to this cause will automatically allow participation in the CrossFit Luminary Memorial Workout of the Day on Saturday, March 7th 2020 at CrossFit Luminary Grand Rapids. A gathering to remember Mike will begin at 9am, the workout (scalable to all fitness/exercise levels) will begin at 9:30am.

CrossFit Luminary urges you to consider donation to participate or a donation alone. CrossFit is far more than exercising, sweating, and improving health. CrossFit is a community of like-minded individuals who make the choice to engage in "togetherness". Let us, together, support Michael Cannon's family and his girlfriend.
