<div>Desde el año 2022 fui diagnosticado con epilepsia, una condición que ha cambiado por completo mi vida. Al principio sufrí una convulsión aislada, pero este 2025 ha sido especialmente duro: he convulsionado 7 veces, y cada episodio se ha vuelto más fuerte y peligroso que el anterior. Mi mayor miedo es que, si esto continúa, pueda llegar a sufrir un daño cerebral irreversible.

<div>El problema es que aún no se ha podido identificar el tipo exacto de epilepsia que padezco. Por eso mi neurólogo me pidió una resonancia magnética cerebral con protocolo HARNESS, que es fundamental para encontrar el tratamiento adecuado y poder estabilizar mis crisis. Sin este examen, seguiré convulsionando sin que logren ajustar mis dosis de medicinas correctamente.

<div>Lamentablemente, la epilepsia es una enfermedad muy costosa. Mi EPS solo cubre una parte de los medicamentos, y cada mes debo poner de mi propio bolsillo una suma que ya no puedo soportar. Trabajo de lunes a viernes y, además, en las noches hago informes financieros para obtener ingresos extras. Sin embargo, aun así no logro cubrir todos los gastos médicos. Estoy exhausto física y emocionalmente.
