Mhotep Surgery fund to SEE

The photo is before his eye issues it kills me to see they no longer look like this I will add a photo of how he is now if I can get his right eye to stay open.
The patient: Mhotep is his name he's my baby he's 7 years old Brindle Basenji.
The problem: It his right eye I thought he might have scratched it by accident due to him getting ear infections often but after more than a month the regular Vet said there was nothing more they could do for him; His eye wasn't getting better I keep adminstering ointment to his eye most of the time he keeps it sealed shut and then yesterday he started just crying out of the blue. You have to understand most Basenjis don't wine when something hurts them they just shake it off and I have had Basenjis for 25 years now. I know I am not supposed to say but Mhotep is everything to me I don't know what I would do with him. I brought him to a great Specialist Vet hospital today... instead of finding out just one of his eyes was in trouble it was both!!!
Apparently his left eye that we all though was fine isn't seeing at all no reaction to light. So now it is about saving some of his right eye's ability to see there is no 100% cure infact this surgery is 60% hope to be successful. THis needs to be done soon and if I had the money .. I would give anything I do mean anything for this to be done so he can see we don't live in a house we live in an apartment so there are stairs and I have quite a few problems of my own perhaps that is why Mhotep is SOOO important to me. I had a total hip replacement surgery in 2009 due to a car accident approx 10 years ago and that surgery did not go well. If I could skip my surgery and give what I can to Mhotep I will they are around such a short time compared to us and I want him to be at least be able to see a little instead of being completely blind.
Well, it's the first week of September and we just got the news 2 hours ago would like to have him admitted for surgery which will remove the lens if they can from his only seeing eye with the squinting and the cloudness and the pressure and pain and allow he to see things from a far and up close would be blurry.
Other ways is to help? I don't know it will take him about 3 to 4 weeks with his only seeing eye patched up and in a cone. perhaps puppy sitting though I will take care of most of that myself.
What I really need what he really needs is whatever you all can donate PLEASE!
I don't have anyone in this world just me and my puppies and Mhotep is my love (if only he was human!)
