Chris and Kayla Thomas

KAYLA and CHRIS THOMAS from New Matamoras were hit/sideswiped by a jeep while riding their motorcycle on Rt 7.  Both sustained many injuries and many broken bones.  Chris has a broken back, pelvis and ribs.  Kayla was not expected to make it to the hospital.  She had bilateral brain bleeds.  She survived to have plates, pins, rods and screws in her broken back and pelvis and ribs. She has a broken arm and hand, and they both sustained severe internal injuries.   They have two very young daughters.
