YouthSpark Acting Classes Fund

My name is Cate Levy and my bat mitzvah is coming up soon. For a bat mitzvah, you are supposed to do a project for the greater good of the community (a mitzvah project). For my mitzvah project, I am partnering my passion: theatre, along with a cause I am very committed to: battling human trafficking.
YouthSpark is a non-profit organization that battles child sex trafficking, primarily in Georgia. YouthSpark offers resources and help for girls who have been victims, and are now survivors of sex trafficking.
To give the young women in YouthSpark's program a hobby, a distraction, and maybe even a passion, I have decided to raise money to provide funding for the young women currently in YouthSpark's program, to take three acting classes at the Tony award winning regional theatre, the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, GA. The Alliance Theatre has a phenomenal outreach and education program and they are really excited about working with these young women!
The young women will be taking a trip to the Alliance Theatre and working with one of their teaching artists and I hope that they'll have a blast!
The classes will cost $719 in total and the extra money will go to YouthSpark to provide any additional resources they may need. Please take the time to donate. Thank you so much! I sincerely appreciate it!
