Abel Duran

This is for my Dad, Abel Duran.  My Dad had Surgery in December and as a result he lost a lot of his independence and has been needing home health care which our family have been providing. 

My Dad lives in Pueblo Colorado and we are all here in Denver.  My Dad wants to go home!!!!  In order for that to happen, he would need a minimum of 2 hours of home health care to assist him with his personal needs.  More would most definitely be preferred, but we would welcome the minimum of 2 hours.  My Dad is a Military Veteran and worked his entire life for and retired from the Post Office.  He has Medicare and also government insurance and they don't cover home health care.  They only cover a skilled care facility which would be a nursing home, but even that would only be for 30 days.  So he is stuck between a rock and a hard place.  He is at $160 over the minimum monthly income to get any kind of assistance and he doesn't get enough income to pay privately for his home care.  He already has to pay for all his own medical supplies.  Anything you can help him with would be greatly appreciated.  Please forward this to all your friends and family and get the word out.  He just can't seem to catch a break.
