Hello my name is Jack. I lost my friend 4 years ago due to problems surrounding mental health. I am participating in the Great South Run, 20th October to raise money for charity, to support people in the local area also suffering due to their mental health. The cause is very important to me, alongside all of the friends and family of Alfie. Any donations would be greatly appreciated to go towards the fundraising for the GSR.
