We have two small restaurants here in Chicago that support over 30 families.
We are fighting to survive this COVID19 crisis. Most of our employees live paycheck to paycheck and with zero to little revenue coming in we had to lay off many members of our team, including hourly and tipped employees. It has been a devastating and heartbreaking time for everyone.
Our employees are hardworking and proud individuals who are used to taking care of our guests and often put themselves last.
It is our duty to ask for help for them. The uncertainty everyone is experiencing during this time is terrifying. If you are fortunate to have a few extra dollars to share, our restaurant family of workers would be greatly appreciative of your generosity.
We understand that this ask is hard and we will find a way to survive this together. We will share all the donated funds equally amongst our team.
