Mexican Food Truck Dream

My Partner Alex and I have dreamed about opening a Mexican Restaurant for many years. We have decided to start with a Food Truck style that we will keep parked on our property in UMINA BEACH, NSW specialising in Mexican Favourites like Nachos, Tacos and Burritos.

We are hoping to open for business to the public before Christmas so any and all help with funding will be so greatly appreciated. We will be using these funds to help us secure the Truck/Trailer which we will be using for our main base of operation. 

I am a fully trained chef in traditional French style and my parter is Colombian so with my skills and his knowledge of South American food we will be a great team. In our area there is no South American food of any kind unless you travel over 30 minutes by car to a shopping centre.

Many residents in our area are retired, with recent growing numbers of younger families moving here from Sydney. Having a food truck that has the potential to go anywhere would be a benefit for those who may not be able to get up or out of their homes and travel so easily; so having our mobile business here will benefit many of the locals living here giving them more options.
