Do you want more peace, love, and happiness in your life?  Would you like to learn an easier more beneficial way to meditate?  Would you like a better way to handle stress and difficult situations?  Would you like to live a happier, healthier life with more positive relationships, engagement, and meaning?

Our goal is to help more people live more peaceful, healthier, and happier lives.  When you learn to connect more with your body, mind, and heart you are able to love and take care of yourself better and that has positive benefits in every aspect of your life, including personal relationships and work.

Mettatations are amazingly easy practices that can help you achieve all of these goals. The power of Mettatations comes from the integration of Positive Psychology with Meditation, Touch, Pranic Breathwork, Yoga, and Movement.  Each of the 6 foundations is beneficial on it’s own, but together they create a (metta) meta-practice that you have to experience to believe. Mettatations show you how you can easily cultivate positive thoughts, feelings, and energy in your mind, body, and spirit that can lead to more positive actions in every area of your life. Mettatations help you to connect to and set free the positive potential within you. In just a few minutes, you can have more peace, love, happiness, and well-being in your life. Mettatation practices really are that easy, work that fast, and are that powerful.


Mettatations are easy to learn and easy to do. Anyone can do them anywhere at any time. In just a couple of minutes, you can reduce negative reactions and cultivate more positive thoughts, emotions, and actions in your life. Mettatations are both simple and powerful because they integrate Modern Western and Ancient Eastern practices, philosophies, and tools into new types of practices.


By now, most people have heard of all of the positive health benefits of meditating. But learning to meditate and meditating consistently can be difficult. Mettatating, however, is easy!  And it has more healing, rejuvenating, and energizing effects because it integrates in other powerful healing practices.  You don’t even have to sit still to meditate!  In fact, you are encouraged to move!   In the process you will build more self-esteem, self-love, and take an active role in your emotional development, healing, and maintenance. The results from Positive Psychology are built into every Mettatation and that’s what makes them so beneficial.

What you’ll learn is that it’s easy to build new positive mental habits and thoughts.  Research has verified that what and how you think about what happens is more important than what happens to you. Mettatations show you new and different ways in which you can easily view situations from a more productive viewpoint. When you’ve developed more Peace, Love, and Compassion in yourself, handling difficult people and situations then becomes a lot less stressful and a lot more useful.

Some are designed to help you heal and recover while others are designed to help you energize and rejuvenate. There are Mettatations that help you start your day and there are Mettatations to help you get a better night sleep. Developing and launching Mettatation is a huge project and we need more people-power to bring the project to the world quicker. Mettatations are a brand new practice that we developed that can help millions of people around the world live healthier and happier lives. You contribution will help us bring more peace, more love, and more compassion to you and the world sooner!

1) Writing and recording more and better quality audios and videos for the website and apps. 
2) Hiring a voice actress/yoga instructor to record some of the audios.
3) Finishing the Mettatations website.

4) Building the Android and iPhone apps.
5) Creating materials for Mettatations workshops and on-line participants.
6) Writing the Mettatations Handbook and Books.


Once we get started, Mettatations will be self-sustaining and we'll be able to bring more Mettatations to you.
