<div>Dear Friends, Family, and Beloved Clients,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is Dr. David Weber, and I’m reaching out with deep gratitude as we begin an important new chapter for Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Since opening our doors in 2016, MVH has been more than a hospital—it has been a community built on trust, compassion, and a shared love for animals. You have allowed us to care for your pets like family, and I will never take that for granted.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Today, I want to share a vision that is bold—but necessary:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are working to transform Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital into a 24-hour, full-service facility—offering emergency-level care at regular day-practice prices.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Why We Are Moving
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our current location at 1729 N. Grand Ave. has served us well for nearly a decade, but it can no longer support what our community truly needs.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The biggest reason for relocating is simple:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We need a larger, safer, more advanced facility so we can provide 24-hour care and expand our medical capabilities.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Problem We’re Trying to Fix
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So many of you have told us the same story:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>You rush your pet to an emergency hospital late at night…
</div>
<div>only to face hours of waiting and bills in the thousands of dollars—sometimes for a single night of care.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That is heartbreaking.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And in many cases, families are forced to make impossible decisions not because they don’t love their pet…
</div>
<div>but because the cost is crushing.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We believe there is a better way.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our Vision: 24-Hour Care Without the Financial Shock
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Imagine a hospital where you can walk in with your pet at 2:00 AM, receive compassionate emergency care, and leave without being financially devastated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our new Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital will provide:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>24-Hour Emergency &amp; Wellness Care
</div>
<div>Emergencies don’t wait for business hours—and neither should help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Affordable Emergency Services
</div>
<div>Our goal is to deliver emergency-level care at reasonable day-practice pricing whenever possible.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A Safer, More Comfortable Location
</div>
<div>For clients, pets, and staff—especially during late-night visits.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Advanced Medical Capabilities
</div>
<div>Upgraded surgical suites, diagnostics, and treatment areas to handle both routine and critical cases.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A Lower-Stress Environment for Pets
</div>
<div>Including separate cat/dog spaces and calmer, more thoughtful design.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Room to Grow
</div>
<div>So we can expand senior care, diagnostics, rehabilitation, and more.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>How You Can Help
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Relocating and building out a true 24-hour facility is a major undertaking.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our goal is to raise $200,000, and every dollar will go directly toward creating a safer, more advanced hospital that can serve this community around the clock.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Funds will be used for:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>New location deposits, inspections, and fees: $50,000
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Renovations and facility upgrades: $75,000
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Equipment transport and installation: $50,000
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Permits and compliance requirements: $10,000
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Contingency for unexpected costs: $15,000
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, We Can Build Something Better
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This isn’t just a move.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It’s a mission to ensure pets and families in our community have access to high-quality care at any hour—without “death by estimate.”
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With your support, we can create a hospital that is here for you 24/7, with the compassion and integrity you already know and trust.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your love, your trust, and your support as we take this next step forward.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>No raffles, sweepstakes, giveaways, or promotions can be offered in exchange for any donations made.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With heartfelt gratitude,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
