<div>Wir brauchen Ihre Unterstützung. Die Polizei hat am 29. August festgestellt, dass unser Mieter verstorben war und seit etwa 5 Tagen in der von uns vermieteten Wohnung lag. Es wurde uns von der Polizei mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung in einem schrecklichen Zustand sei. Wir wurden darum gebeten, dass wir nur mit Schutzmaske in die Wohnung eintreten. Am 4. September erhielten wir vom Polizeirevier Köln KK11 den Schlüssel, die Wohnung ist nicht nur mit Müll, sondern auch mit Fäkalien übersät. Die gesamte Wohnung braucht eine Kernsanierung, was mit einem erheblichen Finanziellen sowie auch zeitlichen Aufwand verbunden ist. Die Mietwohnungen sollten uns und unseren Kindern etwas Sicherheit bieten. Jetzt sehen wir uns jedoch mit einem großen Problem konfrontiert: nicht nur mit einem Mietausfall von mehreren Monaten, sondern auch mit einer Kernsanierung, die mit Sicherheit etwa 50.000 € kostet wird. Wir sind wirklich verzweifelt.
