Merrifield hurricane relief

Hey folks,
My name is Andrew and I live in Hope Mills North Carolina.
This event is for the Merrifeilds. Joe and Cyndi had a devastating loss during hurricane Florence. They lost most of everything they had to include their car and all of their belongings. They were rescued by the Cajun Navy in the nick of time. As a result they didn't have time or an opportunity to grab anything but their two young children. I am asking for donations to get them through the immediate crisis period.
I have known Joe for about for about 8 years. We were both stationed at Pope AFB together and crewed C-130 aircraft. Joe is like a brother to me and would give the shirt off his back to help a perfect stranger. I am setting this up for them with their approval and will have no access to any of the money raised. It will all go straight to the Merrifield's personal account.
The money will be spent by the Merrifields for items such as diapers, food, clothing, and living arrangements until they can get their insurance and any other disaster relief. This is for their immediate future.
I know we are all in bad ways right now but if you can help it would mean the world to the Merrifield's. Thank you for your support.
