
Meritage Staff Relief Fund

Our team has been furloughed, once Governor Walz announced closure of full-service restaurants, we knew we needed to close for the safety of our staff and our guests.
Known for our service, and our comforting environment and food, Meritage is an experience that really cannot be delivered or picked-up up curbside. We are trying our best to adapt to the "now" and are offering Meritage a la Maison, some of our menu classics in a take-and-make format, on a focused and limited basis.
For the time being, we will shelter-in-place, and we would like to be able to continue to provide emergency resources for our staff as they arise. Wherein they can apply for a benefit from this fund, with no single staff person being able to access more than $500 each at this time.
Our goal has been updated due to the use of this fund over this year. We expect the need for the fund will increase among our staff as we enter Winter. Especially in December if no further relief is provided.
In these times of difficulty, not all can give. Not all should. But, some are looking for ways to help and want to directly affect people and organizations that matter to them. We are simply trying to provide the conduit for our guests to do this directly for our staff. None of these funds will be going to Meritage directly.
