Hello Meriden Community .
This fundraiser is for the Meriden Blue Lights.
What started as a family tradition has grown into a community tradition. The Owner and man behind the lights is 73 year old August Miller. This past year , along with so many small business owners, Mr.Miller has experienced covid 19 hardships and it was difficult to get safe help to put up the blue lights this year. Then when he saw the out pouring of people on Facebook looking for the bluelights , he decided it was more important this year than anyother year before , and with the help of family and even some of his tenants, he put all 28,000 blue lights up for the community to enjoy.
We would like to help Mr.Miller not take on such a financial burden while giving the community such a beautiful display for the New Year.
