Mercy in Action (Philippines)

Hey friends, family, and kind strangers on the internet!

This year, I’ve decided to swap my usual routine for something a little more adventurous (and way more meaningful). I’m heading to the Philippines to volunteer with an amazing charity called Mercy in Action.

They work with young people who’ve faced really tough situations—helping them get back on their feet with life skills, sports, and opportunities that help them thrive. Basically, they’re superheroes. I’m just trying to be the sidekick.

Here’s where you come in:

I’m fundraising to cover travel costs, some basic living expenses, and to bring along sports gear that I’ll be donating. Yes, I’m basically becoming a backpacking coach with a mild sunburn and I know what you’re thinking but yes that is possible for me.
