Mercy Delta Christmas Gifts

South Delta Middle School is located in Anguilla, MS where there are no primarly care providers, in a county with no pediatricians. These children are medically underserved and economically deprived. Mercy Delta is a partnership of the UMMC schools and the school district to provide access to healthcare providers in the community. And Children's of Mississippi is joining with Mercy Delta to provide for basic needs such as shampoo, soap, school supplies, hats, gloves and scarves. Additionally, we hope to be able to give a gift card to each student as many of them may not receive a gift for the holidays otherwise.

We have set a goal of $5,000 with a deadline of Thursday, December 7. We felt our team could help the whole school. If anyone knows what it takes to care for Mississippi kids, it is Children's of Mississippi. Thank you for helping to share love this holiday season and bring joy to the most deserving.
