100% of proceeds will go directly to the staff. 100%.   We have received countless messages from people asking about what they can do to help the staff of our restaurants - the hard working service professionals who have dedicated their lives to this profession. Many of these employees are back-of-house but equally important, like bussers, runners, dishwashers, line cooks, servers etc, and they will be hit severely by the closing. Our goal is to make sure that our restaurant family is taken care of in this chaotic time, thus, we are raising money from you, the other half of our community who we could not do this without.
